Inscape is the smallest of cottage industries, making beautifully cut and tailored nehru collar waistcoats for men, that are worn by women too . . . The waistcoats are made from natural materials, inspired by the colours and textures of the natural world. All are cut and made individually in north Norfolk a few miles in land from the salt marshes and sea. They are available either 'off the peg' from the 'shop' page or you can choose which cloth and lining combination you'd like to have made in a stock size 38 to 46 from the 'order' page. Drawing on the experience of working alongside Catherine Walker, a couture designer whose tailoring was exquisite, and in theatre, film and ballet costume, the waistcoats are designed and made with care and attention to detail, with practicality and comfort in mind to ensure they both look and feel wonderful to wear.
